The final item to finish off our BMW’s interior? Fresh floor mats. So long, ugly, torn factory mats.

A lot of people associate the mats from CocoMats.com with the company’s coco and sisal mats often found in cars from the ’50s through ’80s, but the company offers other styles, too–like the Echo Mats that we fitted in our E90-chassis BMW 328i.

These stylish mats are available in black plus five earth tones. We chose a color called Bark that pairs nicely with our Saddle Brown Dakota interior.

The source for the Echo Mats material? Recycled fishing nets and carpet waste. The Echo Mats also seem a bit thinner than the traditional Coco Mats, making them a little less likely to hang up on the clutch pedal.

Price is $249.95 for a pair, or $374.95 if you want to include mats for the back seat.

Like traditional Coco Mats, these Echo Mats block sound and heat, hide dirt and really class a car interior up.

As always, the mats from CocoMats.com fit perfectly, shipped as soon as ordered, and changed the whole character of the interior. The interior of our 328i quickly went from bland to a million bucks.
