Sorry I missed you guys today.

The PLB RX7 is still parked in my garage. That’s my update.

I was adamant about not robbing my stepdaughter of the experience of the build, which meant I tried hard to not do stuff without her. Then she met a boy, and that ended most progress.

Being supportive of her and all the changes she went through was more important than over emphasizing a car project. Life mattered more.

She has now headed to college, and will not be able to work on it. I’ve had 3 major house reconstruction projects during the same time period (along with my full time job). So I am regrouping and considering whether I am willing to do it as a solo project, or pass it on to someone else.
