Quick FMV approval request for some steel

Hoping I can get a quick three approvals on this one, as I know exactly what I paid, but have no receipt.  Went to a local metal supplier today to grab some steel for the challenge project.  I grabbed a several pieces of angle and flat steel in 1/4", 3/16", and 1/8" thickness.  I think they didn't want to take the time to measure such a large variety, and just offered it to me for $20 cash.  Guessing it would have only been $30-40 if they had taken several minutes to measure it and input it in the computer, and it wasn't worth it to them.  I checked the weight when I got home, and it was 15.6 lbs.  

Can I get some approvals here that $20 is good for the price, so I don' t have to put "Trust me, bro" on my budget spreadsheet?

last i checked, steel cutoffs too short or oddly-shaped to go back on the rack went in a bin marked $1/lb.  so if you want to call it $20, i'm good with that.

Forgot to mention, this was all from the offcuts shelf, so yeah, too small for the main racks.

my place has a rack for "short prime" which is priced somewhere between $1/lb and whatever the "prime" price is for the type of steel.  in other words, the pricing hierarchy is:

prime

short prime

scrap / cutoffs

I agree to $20. 

I'll third the concept of $1/pound aka $20.  They offered for a cash price for convenience.
