Route 66 JDM Classic (or: last minute prep makes for a stress free drive, right?)

This weekend is Greg Childs' Route 66 JDM classic.  It started a lot of years ago as a Datsun Roadster-only affair, but expanded about 5 years go to all Japanese-make, 25 years old+ cars.  To that end, I'm going with my wife and the younger son, taking a '92 300ZX, an '85 MR2, and a '17 VW Alltrack (and a tow strap).

I just finished replacing the failed clutch hydraulics in the Z this morning, so I'm totally setting myself up for success, with O'Reilly's finest POWER TORQUE hydraulic cylinder set (I run an NA Z32 master and slave cylinder on my TT, because the vacuum booster blew up some years ago), and a hasty bleed this afternoon.  Fortunately, it's only a 700 mile roundtrip for me, right?

Sounds like fun - also the next weekend is the JCCS Show in Long Beach, CA.
