Good choice. I bought my 7th set of Falkens a few months ago. I stayed with the AT3 instead of the newer AT4. The AT4 is 10 pounds heavier than the AT3 in a 35" size. I didn't need the heavier carcass because I don't tow with this one.

In reply to Nockenwelle :

I go with BFGoodrich KO2s or Goodyear Duratracs, as both handle snow well and stay stable under load. KO2s are tough with good road manners, while Duratracs are more aggressive but still smooth. Falken Wildpeak A/T3W is another solid option for snow and stability. All three will be a big step up from the LTX without the noisy, high-maintenance hassle.

Has anybody run Nitto Terra or Exo Grapplers?

I'm looking for basically the same mix (95% good behavior towing on the highway, 5% not getting stuck on infrequent winter drives). The Nittos seem to be well reviewed, and would run $100-$200 a set less than the Wildpeaks in my size (275/65r20).
