I really miss driving my 1964 C-10 shortbed with three-on-the-tree, but a C4 Corvette would be so much cheaper at this point.

I remember an question sent into Hot Rod magazine in the early '70's during the first gas shortage about swapping a 4 cylinder Chevy Nova engine into a C2 Vette. The answer was about what you'd expect from the esteemed HR mag editor...
That car is about three hours from me. It's a good thing I have two C3s in various states of build or I'd probably get it.
