Oh, I'm not suggesting there are no detailers in Dubai. But the odds that any are a) named Tyler Davis, b) have legitimate reasons to join at least a dozen different car forums within the past few days, c) speak like a chatbot, and d) coincidentally appear on spam databases seem fairly long.

This one is weird. There's a current, but probably spam post in the hotlink thread. Clicking on the member profile link says they have posted 86 times in the forum, but clicking the link to those posts just says the member is not approved to post in the forum.
Seems awfully like a regurgitation of the first post, asking the same question the whole thread is spent answering. I suspect malfeasance.
