My idea of driving pleasure:

It is a cool day in the Fall, it isn't raining and the road isn't wet. There is no traffic about as it is quite early in the  morning before many people are on the road.  I have a sports car (likely a coupe but with the windows open) and I head for the local ski mountain where there will be no other traffic.  I drive up the mountain with the exhaust sound echoing off the rock walls and I push the car in the corners, not enough to actually drift but enough to get the feel of the car and to appreciate the handling.  I blast up to the ski area, turn around and drive much more sedately home to coffee and breakfast.  Repeat as needed.

I agree it depends on context. Sometimes "driving pleasure" means being comfortable and sometimes it means being engaged with the road and the vehicle.  In general, a car that is good at the latter isn't quite as good at the former if I'm travelling hundreds of miles across multiple states on a highway.
