I’ll have some images on display as part of this show. Yes, I’ll be there, too. I’m even getting a haircut this week.

And, yes, that flyer rules.

Not going to be there this weekend but if I were I'd go.

There is a reggae show at Heartwood that night if you want to check that out after.

Next one? (Assuming there’s another one and I’m invited again.)

Still not going to make it but wondering what is the dress code for an event like this?  Would I have to wear my fancy flip flops?

Good question on dress code. I’m going to wearing something a little nicer than my usual. (Like, I might wear black jeans vs. cargo shorts.)

Thank you for stopping by!

Totally fun evening–welcoming vibe, lots of friendly faces through the door. People seemed to dig the images and the story behind them. (There should always be a story.) Looking forward to the next one.

And I got top marks from a guest for having one her favorite bios.

I told her that I do some writing. :)

Thank you, thank you. Those are some pretty personal images that were never intended to be displayed like that. More than a few people said that we should recreate them today. Maybe one day.

So, small PS: I knew I had a binder containing a bunch of negatives from college and, yep, the ones from this shoot were in there.

A quick look showed some more standout images, so they’re all getting professionally scanned right now.

At some point, I should also get my own scanner–like, I never even printed these images.

Just before graduation, I was at the local airport making some photos.

First flight lesson is $25, the dude said. That was all my money for the week–likely more.

But I decided to treat myself. We flew around Athens, including a pass over my apartment. It’s pretty hidden by trees, but it’s behind the frat house on the corner in image 7A.
