Hmm, I seem to recall an SCCA ban and controversy from the not too distant past. Glad it all got settled.(?)

Don’t just race against other cars shod in Vitour tires, race against the face of Vitour Tires in the U.S., Dallas Reed.
Reed, the Marketing Director of Vitour USA, is among the latest entrants into our annual search for the fastest track machine on four wheels, the Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge Presented by Grassroots Motorsports.
Reed’s chariot of choice? A 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray with just a handful of mods–including Vitour P1 tires, of course.
The 2025 Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge takes place September 18-21 (that’s less than two weeks away) at Pitt Race alongside the Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials Nationals.
As long as both you and your car can pass a safety inspection, you’re eligible to compete–so enter your car today.
The Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge is presented by Grassroots Motorsports and fueled by Sunoco, in association with Wilwood, Vitour Tire, CRC Industries, Vbox Motorsport and Red Line Oil, with trophies from BimmerWorld, Nine Lives Racing, and Falken Tire.

That was dealing with Sammy the original distributor who had been banned from SCCA.

Different guy, different company. They got their distribution deal yanked by Vitour outside of the spec-corvette series.
